Getting old drivers on commercialized internet can be painful.
Almost all of these should work with Windows 95 and were used for my tests.

ELSA Synergy II Driver for Windows 2000/XP 32bit. Uninstall driver. Connect carman WI to usb. Found new hardware dialog pops up. First screen (connect to internet to find driver) click no. Second screen (install driver automatically) click yes. If this doesn't work, install manually. Driver should be carmanscanxp.sys or Carmanscanvista32.sys.
